    Very unprofessional and they had a lot of kids working as staff members that were not qualified for the position in which they were working. I have had multiple issues at this McDonald's and it is a shame of how downhill it's gone over the years. The management is terrible and there is no phone at the restaurant to even call when your order is incorrect, nor do they care to make it right the customer. The order is always wrong or missing at least one item or more that had been ordered. Very unprofessional and inexperienced.
